    Scales!

What scales do y'all use? The ones that we have found have microscopic platform areas. My 1,600 gram snake can't fit his big booty on that tiny thing.

Does anyone have a scale with a larger platform area they can recommend?

Put your snake in something bigger lol-he doesn't need to fit on the actual scale. I have a couple, a smaller kitchen one I use for feeders and young snakes that goes up to 11 pounds and a larger deli style scale that goes to 33, we got that off a rummage sale type deal but it works for my bigger guys.

I put a 18"x10" tote on my digital scale from walmart.
Weight the tote and zero the scale with it on there, my tote is 550 grams, when i take it off it say -550.. Then i put the snake in and put it back on scale... BOOM

I just use a big plastic bowl on the scale and put the snake in that.
