Ok so I just rescued the sweetest most beautiful BP from a lady who said she was a biter. She's so very docile but the previous owner stuck her hand in too fast got bit and blaimed the snake, equals me getting free snake, SCORE. But downside is im poor college kid in the middle of no where and I needed a cage so i bought a long plastic TOTE. I think she will like it a lot better since its wider and less dirty. Still pretty long. however im worried about the Ventilation vs. humidity issue. As of now it only has two hole where the handles are (look at any standard tote you will see) and I am affraid of suffication my new baby. Im pretty new to pythons and boas as ive only ever owned corns. So do i sacrifise humidity for fresh air or do i punch holes in the top/sides. Its pretty secure and she has heat pad (not the heat rock the previous owner had, i about screamed but didnt wanna blow my free snake deal), and a big water dish (thx walmarts) with two hide boxes all the standard issue. So she should be goign to a good home, yet a naive one. Thx for any replies.
