Bye Bye For A Short Time

Ok im posting this a day early but anyways this saturday im leaving to go to NH on a mission trip for a week so thats good news. I get to fix old people homes. I have gone on like two others there fun. i also get to see one of my old friends and i might be able to take a side trip to Nerd(man would i love that). But after I get back i might go right down Flordia this is the bad news. We got a call like a few mins ago and found out that my grandma is being taken to the hospital. She has had countless stokes tumurs and has had lung cancer for quite some time now. We got the message on voice mail so we dont really know anything right now so yeah ill keep you all posted as best i can i might be able to get on tomorrow i dont know i might have to skip the mission trip and go straight down to flordia.

It sounds like your grandma has had a rough time. I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers. In either case have a safe trip and let us know how things go.

Re: Bye Bye For A Short Time

If i were you id go down to florida. My uncle got hepetitus C in the 60's from a blood transfusion. He developed liver cancer in 1999 and came up to where i live (boston) to get better treatment (he lived in florida). He looked great. Then a couple months down the road the doctors gave him the usuall "you have 3-9 months to live" answer. I went on a 2 week vacation to puerto rico like a week after that and when i came back i found out not only had he passed on, but i didnt even get to say goodbye, see him one last time at the wake, or even see him get buried, and i regret it so much. Not to put a damper on the already dreary mood, but im gonna stop there before I get upset. What im trying to say is dont go anywhere where there is even a remote chance that your family will not be able to get ahold of you, not until your grand ma is alright. I hope she recovers. my thoughts and prayers to you and your loved ones.
