Super pastel (leopard?) Pied

With a high white pied are there any markings in the head region that would help ID as having leopard or not, or is it pretty much a raise breed and hope?

Nice animal! Looks killer pied to me. Not really sure about the leopard markings on the head i thought it was more identifiable on the laterals and the tail. What was the pairing?
