    Eating but not gaining weight?

One of my adult females is eating good, even though this weeks feeding she took only one of her rats. But she's being fed a small rat and a pup once a week that add up to 70-80g since she hit 1200g. She got to 1300g in about a month. But is still 1300g after another month and her feeding response is getting a bit worse. She still attacks the rats, but not near as aggressive as before she hit 1200g.

Is it normal for them to go through a spell of no weight gain while still feeding regularly?

    Kyle

Yes, they all grow at different rates.
I have had a couple that ate like clock work but grew slow.

Re: Eating but not gaining weight?

She must have hit her adult metabolic wall I guess. On small rats she was gaining a consistent ~100g per month from 500g until her current size
