How long can a ball python go without water?

So, I had to go on a christmas vacation and my snake could not come. I left him with a full water bowl, which would be about 2 1/2 cups. Anyway, I was wondering, how long can he live without water? He is about 3 feet long and a year and a half to two years old. He will have been in his cage for 12 days with no care. Will he be okay?

P.S. I would never do this by choice. I had to go to another state and I am technically a minor so I couldn't do anything about it. I have been worried about him all break.

You should have left him with multiple bowls as snakes like to use their water bowls as toilets.

Oh darn, I should have known that. I guess it didn't cross my mind because he hasn't done that before.

not a problem, the snake can easily go 12 days without water with no ill effects.

As long as there is some humidity they can go a while.
They get most of their water during feeding.

Thats nothing.. It will be fine as long as it isn't a regular practice which it sounds as it isnt. 👍🏼
