    Is Krylon Short Cuts OK?

    Hi,

I am making a new hide for my little buddy, and I am wondering which top coat spray is okay to use? I made and baked clay, and now I need something to coat over it to make it water proof, but I am worried that even after it dries completely, it will be dangerous to have under the heat lamps, and they will release toxics into the air. Any help/advice/comments would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

i hear that krylon is ok, some of them have very low voc to none i guess. I made a big hide out of paper mache and i put a couple coats of Flex Seal its just liquid rubber, very water proof, comes in clear, black and white, that stuff in the can is non-toxic but they also have the spray on kind which isn't non toxic.
