Freezer failure. Rats still 90% frozen. Safe to use?

    Hey all,
So my garage freezer died (yesterday, I think) and when I checked on my frozen feeders this morning they were still almost totally frozen....almost. The skin seemed a tad soft, but they are still all very hard to the touch and frozen through, aside from the skin starting to soften a bit. I immediately put them in kitchen freezer (wifey loved that). I'm not sure if they're safe to use after being even slightly thawed. Your thoughts?

They should be ok. I have received rats in that condition before and had no issues.
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

    1.2 Coastal Carpet Pythons
    Mack The Knife, 2013
    Lizzy, 2010
    Etta, 2013
    1.1 Jungle Carpet Pythons
    Esmarelda , 2014
    Sundance, 2012
2.0 Common BI Boas, Punch, 2005; Butch, age?
0.1 Normal Ball Python, Elvira, 2001
0.1 Olive (Aussie) Python, Olivia, 2017

Please excuse the spelling in my posts. Auto-Correct is my worst enema.

I don't know if this helps, but one of my last rodent orders got held up a day. When they got to me the dry ice was completely gone. They were far from defrosted, but I was not amused. I think you should be fine though. If they are in the condition you describe. Mine turned out fine. Hope you got to them in time.

Same thing happened to me, as well as positive results.

Good to hear it worked out for you too Reinz, it's an awful feeling when that happens.
