Awesome! Animals should be a big part of a child's life. 
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

He is an animal lover just like momma 😊 we have 2 dogs,2 pekin ducks, a blue front amazon parrot, and 20+ koi fish other than Lucy..his daddy got him interested in snakes, every time he's caught a black snake or garter snake at work he brings it home so my son can hold it and take into the woods to release..he's definitely not scared of her one bit 😊 he gives her kisses too
