    The Rufous

Just some photos I snapped of my two rufous that are literally always together, okay, not always but 80% of the time.

It's so cute when snakes play peek a boo! They are just too cute!

It's definitely amusing, however I'm sure they're not the happiest when it's feeding day and I have to hunt around the enclosure for them.

My favorite species of snakes, actually when I got out of the hobby awhile back I refused to get back in until I located them.

Omg they are precious! They are like,
"Go out there and see what's going on."
    "No I'm scared!"
"Okay let's go together on the count of 3..."

    Re: The Rufous

I've hadn't heard of rufous before this post. I'll have to do some research on them. They're captivating and cute little critters.

They really are adorable, and seem to enjoy being out, if you recall since you owned some before

I found out about them from a December reptile magazine issue a few years back and after reading the article I had to have one. So I looked for months and finally ended up finding one. They're rear fanged, but apparently their delivery system is bad, so they'd have to chew on you. They're extremely reluctant to bite, except if they're in feeding mode, so that's the only time I won't stick my hand in there.

Well, I worked with them on a daily basis, I never owned one. Haha But yeah they do! Very inquisitive little snakes. 😀
