    Delving into Drymarchon

    This little D.m. rubidus was produced by John Michels at Black Pearl Reptiles and I couldn't be more pleased.

    This first set of pictures are from the day she arrived, September 20th:









    These next pictures are from today. She's growing like a weed and already starting to darken up a little:

    Pretty sure rubidus is the Mexican Redail Indigo. They are fantastic snakes and usually very personable; they'll darken up to a blackish with a white throat typically with age.

    What Regius_049 said, mexican indigo. It's pretty much as close as I can get in appearance(legally) to an eastern indigo as a Florida resident.
