    Albino

Lately, I have been amazed by the different types of snakes. One of the main ones I have been looking at is the albino ball python. Does anyone know where you can get these for cheap? I have looked all over and have found hets for about $150, but the albinos were about $1000 or so. Are they all this expensive, or can you get them for cheaper? I want an albino instead of a het for albino because I don't thnk that I am set up to breed yet. Thanks for the tips!

$1000 is actually really cheap for an albino ball python. They usually cost between $1900-$2400. A pair of het albinos will cost you about $700. Most visual ball python morphs have higher price tags ranging from $700 for a pastel to $40,000 for a lesser platty. If you find any prices greatly outside the general costs, chances are it is some type of scam.

$150 is about market rate for a het albino male ... $1000 for an albino? It's either a scam or something is very wrong with that animal. The demand for albino ball pythons is AMAZING right now!

I was noticing that the other day....to me, it seems like the prices for albinos have went up 300-400 dollars from last year with some sellers too.
