Recommendations for building BP rack system?

I'm new to this site so I hope to not be repetitive, apologies if these questions seem ignorant.

I currently own 4 BP's, 2 males and 2 females that are a little over a year old. I would like to get them set up in a rack system that will be able to hold potential hatchlings and future juveniles. I plan to keep my collection relatively small. I have no current plans to add new adults into my collection until I start breeding. These Snakes are primarily pets, but I enjoy the idea of messing with gene combos and selling in order to obtain more expensive morphs in the future. So I would like my rack system to be flexible for future growth, mostly in the sense of being able to stack future racks and efficient use of space.

I am currently attending college so funding is limited, but I would like to be able to get what will work best now and in the future. I plan to build my racks using wood and steralite tubs, PVC is out of my budget and not available in my area. I would like to get an idea of what size tubs I should get and how many. I have heard of recommendations to get 41 qt tubs for adults but I haven't heard much in the way of juveniles and hatchlings. Any info in this area would be helpful. Additionally I am trying to decide if a Herpstat intro+ would be sufficient for my needs. Or if I should upgrade for humidity and more wattage. Additionally, how much and what size flexwatt heat tape is recommended? Any info on setting up a starter rack would be extremely helpful. Thanks!
