I went with Freedom Breeder tubs and DIY rack and I'd do it again.

    Yes.

I have two V-70 Animal Plastics racks, have a Reptile Basics CB70 quarantine rack, and have a C-Serpents V-18 quarantine rack. They're all good quality racks made by good companies.

If you wanting something with more than just a few levels, go with AP or C-Serpents. If you don't mind having an open sided rack and want to save a few dollars, go with the AP Economy style racks (that's what I have). If you like enclosed sides, then it comes down to personal preference (price, turn-around time, shipping cost, etc) between AP and C-Serpents. Both companies have stellar customer service and good products - you really can't make a bad choice IMO.

While all 3 make good products, the lead time with AP is usually 8 to 12 weeks so you better not be in any rush.

I like C-Serpents I have some V70 racks and other rack from Chris and could not be happier with the lead time, customer service and I also get to save money since I pick my racks up at the show in Atl (that alone on a 10 slot V70 is a %140 saving compare to other manufacturers.)

I fully converted all of my racks to CSerpents over the past couple of years. Couldn't be happier with them. Fantastic quality and Chris is a stand up guy when it comes to customer service.
