Without better pictures there is no way of telling what your boa is. From those pictures it does not look hypomelanistic, but that might simply be due to the poor quality pictures. Additionally, determining the hypo lineage will be next to impossible without a known lineage for your specific animal. If hypo, it is most likely salmon, but sadly you have no firm way of telling. If you want to know as much as you can about an animal, buy from an established, respected breeder. They will be able to tell you everything you want to know.

The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

    1.2 Coastal Carpet Pythons
    Mack The Knife, 2013
    Lizzy, 2010
    Etta, 2013
    1.1 Jungle Carpet Pythons
    Esmarelda , 2014
    Sundance, 2012
2.0 Common BI Boas, Punch, 2005; Butch, age?
0.1 Normal Ball Python, Elvira, 2001
0.1 Olive (Aussie) Python, Olivia, 2017

Please excuse the spelling in my posts. Auto-Correct is my worst enema.

If you get a better picture we will at least be able to confirm that it is a hypo. The het albino aspect is something that is totally unknown unless you breed it, and unless you were told which line of albino (Kahl, Sharp, VPI), then any attempts you make to produce albinos could end in disaster for you if your other anmal is not of a compatible line. As I have always said, buy direct from the breeder and het the best quality you can.
