Thought I'd actually start a progression thread for this slow-growing species (so slow... I'm getting impatient LOL), so that I can just keep throwing new pictures up here as time goes on, and I don't have to decide whether to make a WHOLE new thread every time she grows a little or I change her enclosure!
Vigil was born August 2013, and I got her August 2015.
Here are only some of her past photos over time since the day I got her from the Pomona reptile super show! 2 years old and about a 3 foot long skinny noodle.
Sorry for the gross photo of me in it, but it shows her relative size. This was around January 2016.
Still fitting in her medium size reptilebasics hide. When I got her in August 2015, she fit about half the size of this hide.
Her size in the 110qt sterilite tub that she is still using.
Try to ignore me in my pajamas again as I post more size-relative photos.
Recent, at just about 5 feet long! Still small looking.
Very recent, last month! Size relative selfies. About 5'6" in length now and 3 years old. She now uses a large size reptilebasics hide and it's pretty cramped!
That was a lot of photos.
