healthy weight for a 2yr old female?

just saw this on FaunaClassifieds and was wondering if 400grams could be considered a healthy weight for a 2yr old female: http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/foru...d.php?t=597850

Weight is variable depends on weight when the animal hatch, how fast the animal got started, feeding frequency, prey size , fast, food refusal etc.

Now 400 grams is very small for a female and I would pass on that the animal is either maintenance fed or finicky or both.
