Is this type of tank suitable?

Hi all - I'm a soon to be ball python owner, and I'm assessing and re-assessing my tank options. I love the look of glass vivs (I'm big into terrarium and vivarium decor!) but fully understand their shortcomings; I'm planning to get a 2 foot wooden viv for my youngster, and when the time comes to get them a new one, I'll reassess at that juncture and see how glass might work when I'm more experienced re: the humidity and heat patterns of my house.

This type of tank is being sold by a friend of mine; they were using it for a corn, so I was wondering if there's anything preventing my using it for a BP? It's height is the only issue I see; though they're not an arboreal species, I know that wouldn't exactly give my snake the option!
Viv is 61 x 38 x 21 cm.

I thought these tanks looked a nice middle ground of the pros of wooden and the pros of glass, but I never see them used for royals and can't figure out why. I was hoping someone could explain their pitfalls to me? (lest I incorporate their pitfalls into my future enclosure!)

So its hard to see exactly but do they have some type of under the tank heater? The bottom appears to be different
In different places. If it has a uth that would be good.
My only concern is that any type of supplemental heating may be difficult because there does not appear to be any place for lights or a che or an rhp. But as long as your heating the room or the room stays above 75f it really wouldnt matter
