rookie owner ball python shedding process PLEASE HELP

my male mojave ball python is approximately 4-6 months max, got him at an expo in MI. he had 2 completely, perfect/solid/one piece sheds since i've owned him since july. no feeding/health problems etc. this past week he had an incomplete shed assuming its due to the colder weather here. therefore i have increased the temp in my home and the humidity in his tank and attained lukewarm water in it bowl once i noticed the pink underbelly but still had an incomplete shed. i helped with majority of shedding on the body personally and he didn't not seem to mind at all but is there a way to tell if the eye caps came off or should i just wait till the next shed and retain the current humidity? he still has a small paleish spot between eyes just above the base of his neck bc i didn't want to anger him by taking it off. thank you fellow BPowners 😘

    Hi,

I normally check the shed skin itself to look to see if the eyecaps are there.
