So, phone help maybe?
I kinda sorta screwed up the charger port in my phone.. whoops. I noticed it wasn't charging, looked at the charger and realized it was in there but it was bent, pointing up in my phone. I've been fiddling around using the charger itself to try and bend it back, it's mostly straight when it sits in there now, but it is really loose.. it just sort of falls out from the lightest touch.
Any way I can fix this myself, or am I forced to send it away to be repaired? It still charges, but I have to wiggle it around and get it working.

the channel for the charging port is (bent) outta shape. u would need to hammer it back into shape or find another way to make the charger fit snug or replace that channel. otherwise u can always wiggle it around to charge. it's annoying, but u can live with it i guess. (i couldn't tho. stuff like this drives me nuts.)

I think I've gotten it as straight as possible, it's just the freaking looseness that is driving me insane. Lightly touch it and it'll fall out... wiggle the phone and the charger will wiggle side to side and fall out. Grr.. I am terrible with technology, lol.

Well I discovered it was inside the plug of the charger itself that was too bent, not in the phone. Though it is looser now, but at least with my other charger it doesnt constantly work and then stop working when it shifts position slightly. It actually stopped working completely because I was messing around with it, oops. Though I had ruined the phone, thank God it was the charger.

Yea, I was going to say that you likely messed up the charger those things are weak. However, depending on which android phone you have if you're actually able to open it up, you can replace that metal guide thing for the charger. I did that on my HTC Rezound a few years back. Some of the newer phones that are sealed and you can't even remove the battery this won't work though.

I've got a LG G4, not sure what I'm able to do with it. Looks like you might be able to get into there, would have to look it up.

Well I watched a video and you have removable battery cover so you would be able to actually disassemble the phone a lot easier than say me with my Droid Turbo because I don't have a removable battery. One you pop the cover off, you have screws you would have to take lose, and so on. But you don't have to so your good, but always a good idea to familiarize yourself with the phone in case you ever have to.
I notoriously replaced screens on my phones until I finally got a case.

Totally is a good idea! The only reason I don't mess with my phone and try to fix it myself when things go wrong is because I tend to make it worse, lol.
