    I need an opinion

Hello everyone! I have taken a very long hiatus from the forum, but im back. I recenlty found myself in a local petstore and came across a great looking Banana Ball. They said he is a male, feeding twice a week on f/t fuzzie mice, about a year old. He seemed rather small for a year old and they could not give me his exact weight unfortunately. They are asking for 350.00, and from what i remember Banana's are usually higher in price unless they have gone down recently. He has been in this small little spot with one hide and i just feel like i need to take him. Im just curious if the price is fair and do you should i be concerned about his size? what should the proper weight be for a ball about a year old? thank you in advance everyone.

P.s Apologize if this is in the wrong thread, been out of here for a while -_-

For what it's worth, our Petsmart sells bananas for $299.00 on sale every so often. I think they're regularly $329.00 but am not sure. If you're asking if that's a great price and worth grabbing, I'd say no.

If you're after a banana, you can compare prices on morph market: http://www.morphmarket.com/c/reptile...trait&q=banana

    Re: I need an opinion

I'd pass on him and buy one from a reputable breeder. A male bp at a year old should be eating small rats by now not fuzzy mice. Fuzzy mice aren't even used to feed hatchling bps they can start of mouse hoppers and quickly move up to rats. He's so small because they have been under feeding him. If you buy this snake another one will take its place.

Single gene banana males I wouldn't pay over 200.
