Red "splotchiness", overall pinkish tone
I've been doing my best to take care of a pied female bp that was emaciated when I received her. The last I posted here she had suffered a cloaca prolapse, a couple trips to the vet and she recovered really well. I weighed her this evening at 290g up from 48g when I got her as a yearling. I noticed she had rumpled her paper towels which usually tells me she defecated somewhere so I went to clean up and pulled her out for a lookie-loo, and immediately noticed that the white area of her body had a weird pink tint to it instead of being bright white. Closer inspection showed a spider web of red marks, and her tummy was pinkish too. I can't find anything on the internet that matches what I'm seeing and I'm trying to rule out serious things like sepsis. Her behavior has been normal, no lethargy, her body is soft and pliable like normal, I feel no stool build up, her mouth and nostrils are clean and healthy, eyes are clear, scales feel soft and supple. I feed her once a week and she took two small adult mice last Saturday evening with gusto. Should I be concerned? I'll try to post some images.

Sorry for the poor image quality, it's late and dark and I'm having issues getting the camera to see what I see.

Sometimes when going in to shed, their skin turns light pink. Then when they curl up into their 'ball' state, it makes creases in their scales that can go slightly pink-er than the rest of them Happens with my BEL sometimes too, nothing to worry over!

Pieds (and other white snakes) tend to turn red/pinkish when they are going into shed. This is normal and should not be a concern.

Thanks for the responses. she was still alive in the morning, haha. Still looked a little "lightly sunburned" on the tummy, but the red stripes had faded. I'll get to see her after work so I'll check on her then. Far less worried now, much appreciated.
