So last night I took a few snakes out of their tubs to let them stretch a little while I washed tubs. For some of them this was their first face to face encounter with another snake since hatching. As I was putting my female mystic back in her tub she started cruising around and wagging her tail and scenting everywhere. I figured what the heck, and stuck my Karma male in there. Everything looked good and this morning I woke up to this picture! Is this thing normal, and will I have to keep pairing them a few times before she begins to develop eggs? This fall was planned to be my first breeding season and I have all of the equipment already, so that id be prepared. I'm excited to see what this pairing could yield.
