    New Here!

Hi all! I am brand new around here, and to snakes/ball pythons in general, so I thought I'd introduce myself. I fell in love with ball pythons almost 15 years ago, and finally was able to get one for myself recently! She is a 2.5 month old pastel female and I adore her already, though I am still working on a name for her! I also have a 2.5 year old female merle Great Dane named Joey and a 2 year old female cat named Dik Dik - as my boyfriend says, way too many females in our house lol. I have done a lot of research, but am still learning a lot, so I appreciate any advice/info people want to give! My pastel was 93 grams when I brought her home, and she has already eaten one meal with no problems! Super excited to watch her grow. She is extremely outgoing and inquisitive, which is one of the reasons I fell in love with her. I had never held/seen a ball python that was that outgoing, so I adore her personality. Still have a few things to iron out in her home (I know glass isn't ideal, but I wasn't aware of that before buying her, so I'm working on adjusting that now) - planning on hot gluing the wires down as soon as I make sure I have everything where I want it, but humidity and temps seem to be holding up fine!

Pics of her from before I bought her (at the reptile store) and in her new home exploring:

Welcome! I'm fairly new here myself and it's a wonderful place to get information from. Also, maybe it's just my computer, but I can't seem to see your pictures. But here's an idea for a name, Paisley the Pastel!

    Hi, and welcome.
Sadly can't see your pictures either. Any help or advice you need someone will help here. And plenty of posts that may be of use.
