Baby ball python with RI

Good evening guys,

My little baby ball python has a RI, I was giving him antibiotics for 15 days and seemed that he was doing better.
After 4 or 5 days after stop the antibiotics he ate 2 pinkies (5 days ago), yesterday he ate one pinkie and today I saw him around the cage as looking for food then I offered him another one and he ate it also.

Before this I was handling him to check him and so, and I saw him yawing a lot, and I saw a lot of mucus in his mouth also, before he ate the pinkie he was rubbing his face in the glass (vet told me that they do this 'cause mucus disturbs them), and breathing with open mouth.

Anyways, my question is: I guess if he is eating normally and so, is because he's getting better of his RI?

I'm not claiming to be an expert by any means, but I'd advise being careful feeding that much. I'm under the impression that snakes are opportunistic feeders, and will eat food if they're comfortable and it's available. If you overfeed I'm pretty sure they can throw up which is dangerous for them.

You're right, but I offered him really small pinkies, little smaller than his head, he was without eating for around one month with the RI, I guess he get hungry?

I would call the vet if I were you and let him know you are still seeing symptoms.
