Getting my BP up to weight

Hey guys so I recently acquired 2 baby ball pythons. One is 5 months old, the other is 6 months- 1 year old (I'm thinking closer to 6 months though, maybe 8). One I got from a pet store, and I'm sure we all know how well snakes get taken care of in most stores, and the other I got from a woman looking to rehome since she couldn't take care of it. Now both of them are under 100g and have a visible spine and so I'm wondering what the healthiest way to get them up to a normal weight is? I'm not looking for the fastest way since I have no intention of breeding them, but they are extremely underweight so I want to bulk them up, but I don't want them to gain weight too quickly and potentially create other health problems. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Feed them, preferably rats, weekly. Prey should be approximately the same size around as they are. Don't worry. If your husbandry is right and they are healthy they will catch up.
