To Relax I make Bread it helps me with stress these are my 2 new Machines and my white 25 year old Hitachi that Machine has made 100 s of loafs of Bread
I love the way the house Smells .

I'm really liking the Cuisinart alot I picked up the Bread man at Amazon at a very good price, I wanted to check the quality of this brand, it's made cheaper that the Cuisinart, but it's putting out a nice product I figured if it last 5 years I will have gotten my money out of it at 68.00 it was a bargin. I'm running it like crazy and if it makes it past the 30 day return that will be great. I can tell with my whole wheat Breads the Bread man Brands motor kinda boggs down a bit .

And Today's Bread Sour Cream Poppy Seed it turned out delious
Fresh picked in the Field up here were I live. I'M GOING TO PICK 10 GALLONS Tomorrow for Freezing.
