    Quetion on proving out male.

This might seem like a silly question, but when you select 2 snakes for breeding. Do you use at least one that has bred before, or does it matter if they are both virgins. I'm asking because i have a boy that is breeding size, but my girl is 2 years away from being close to breeding weight. Would you advise i find another breeder to breed him to, for expairence or just let him be and in 2 years he'll know what to doHe is 1050g and a really nice spinner blast boy. I will not even consider my girl for breeding till 2000g, i'd say 2 more years. This is just a FYI question. There are a lot of breeders in my area, and a large reptile club.

Almost everything I put together this year was virgin to virgin. They figure it out.

Let him be they don't need experience or practice.

I just realized my post is factually incorrect. Almost all of my animals paired this year started the year as virgins. I had a male that had a lot of friends with benefits. I think my point is clear though.

Thanks, i'll let him be. He's a really sweet boy. like a big marshmellow. When you hold him he just lays in your arms, and just let his coils relax. My biggest fear was breeding him to an animal outside my home and have him come home sick or with mites.
