    Sandalwood Thermostat?

Anybody use it for their UTH?

    If so, is it reliable?

    Re: Sandalwood Thermostat?

Most people that shop for thermostats in that price range go with the hydrofarm or JumpStart. Another one to look into is the inkbird itc-308 since it can be set to only drop 1 degree before it starts heating again. These would be my choice in order if you can afford it. 1. Spyder Robotics Herpstat 1, 2. Reptile basics VE-200, 3. Reptile basics VE-100. If those are out of your price range than the ones in the beginning of the post will work. A thermostat is very important for the safety and care of your snake, if you can afford a Herpstat 1 or VE-200 get it. They have safety relays that will shut off if something goes wrong. My Herpstats and VE thermostats are the best purchase I've ever made, I can leave my house and rest easy at night knowing my reptiles are safe.
