    Cage setup (item placement)

So this is what I'm working with at the moment. Looking for opinions on where to put the hide and water rocks. I have 2 therms and a hygro setup already. Just want ziggy to be happy with his home and not be missing anything.

Looks like a pretty good start. I (and most others) would suggest a second hide, one for the cool and one for the hot. Other than that if you realize you're having a hard time with humidity there's a few things you can do some cheap some costing between $50-150. I can't really tell but is your light on a dimmer?

No it's not on a dimmer. I don't have a real issue with humidity. Usually stays between 55% and 62%. I have it a little higher at the moment because I've been told he's starting his shed and all. I thought about placing a hide on each side but was on the fence about it. Maybe that's the answer to a question I asked in another thread. He just burrowed into the substrate on the cool side. Second time I've seen him do it.

Also I saw your username and wanted to say thank you for serving as I would assume you are in the Air Force or were at some point.

Also temps on hot side range from 80-83 at night and 88-92 during the day. The cool side is on average 7-8 degrees cooler respectively

Your night time temps are a bit low. The hot side should stay above 86 the majority of the time and temps should never fall below about 74-75 preferably. Other than that and the hide looks like a good set up and he's looking good!

Ok I'll adjust the temps accordingly. Thank you.
