    Rack heat tape

Building a 6 slot 41q rack. Can't decide if I should do two 6' pieces of tape with 2 probes or one 12' with one probe. Continuous side/ belly heat. Any advice from experience?

Idk why you would want to use 2 sets of prob and heat for 1 rack

I use 1 piece per shelf and all 12 inch. 41q rack with 7 shelves is 7 12x12 pieces.
My hatchling racks are back heat doen the entire back though.

I tried parallel at one point and it didn't really do as well. It's alot of trouble in an enclosed rack which I have to use because it's not in a warm room. That's why I do the side/belly. I need all the surface area I can get.
