First Shed, Eyes blue.. Question.
My female is going through her first shed with me, i have read the other shedding threads but i'm just looking for advice. Anything that you guys do specifically? and my question is, should i even try and feed her sunday? i just noticed the blue last night.

Some will still eat, probably most don't. You can try if you want but don't be surprised if she refuses. She'll shed within a week, sometimes not as quickly as you want though! You can bump the humidity a bit to make it easier but if humidity is already good that's not necessary. And she might not want to be handled---it makes them nervous when they can't see well. Just leave her alone to do her thing.

Re: First Shed, Eyes blue.. Question.
I really don't do anything special with mine. I just make sure the humidity is good and leave them alone. More than likely she won't eat so I wouldn't offer. Once they shed I wait a couple of days and offer just to get them back on their regular feeding cycle.
Good luck!

I just don't handle, because they're more skittish when in blue.
Other than that, nothing different than usual besides making sure your humidity is 70% or higher. All of mine eat during shed, no problem.

Re: First Shed, Eyes blue.. Question.
Right now my temps are 85 hot ( where she has been for the last 4 days) and 70% humidity.
By the way, thanks for the replies !
