So for those of you who saw my thread here:
http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...h-is-this-Pics, I picked up that banana combo from the box store.
I haven't actually popped a snake before because I haven't had to, but the people there said that a customer had come in and popped all their snakes and said that they thought this one was female and the others were males. I'm going to take her to my local exotics vet for a well animal checkup and have them confirm this/show me in person how it's done. I know in theory how, but I don't know how hard to press and I'm not willing to take that risk with my animals without proper instruction. Either way I think this a good pickup and I'm satisfied with my purchase.
Hatched in December 2015 and weighing 266 grams according to my scale. They said that she hadn't eaten for 3 weeks (since they got her), but I talked to them about their husbandry practices and they really don't know what they're doing unfortunately. The cages and snakes are clean, but that's about it. I told them some of the things that they're doing wrong and that this is likely part of why they won't eat, but who knows if that will change anything for the animals still remaining there. Either way she's clean and seems quite healthy in spite of it, and there are no suspicious noises with her breathing. I'll have them give her a health checkup when we go to the vet.
Still no idea what the exact combo is here, but I'm leaning towards the suggestion from Justin Kobylka on the Banana Pewter. Any other guesses are welcome!
Interestingly, her eyes are silver. I tried to get a photo of it, but I'm not sure if it shows up well on camera.
Without further ado, here are the photos:
