    Eggs at 21 days

So I had some initial issues with one of my eggs developing a window which has now rectified itself (as you can see in the picture) but I have another egg attached developing this weird butthole. Is this ok? Another kind of window maybe or mold?

Which brings me to a second question. I have one egg that has gone bad, is now deflating and starting to mold. It has candled with no veins for over a week now. Do I remove it? These eggs are still stuck together, do I peel them apart now or cut it out? What should I do? (It is of course the middle egg in a group of five) I didn't take any pictures of this bad egg unfortunately.

If the eggs are stuff together I would not recommend to seperate them to remove the one going bad, unless it is a few hours after being laid or 0 to 5 days before hatching eggs do not come apart easily and you are taking the risk to cause a tear in the healthy eggs.

The healthy eggs will not be affected by the one going bad, here is an example nearing hatch date, 2 eggs went bad a few days after being place in the incubator the 5 other healthy ones remain fine.

This is what I thought, but I've been told I should cut the egg away from the rest and I'm not comfortable with that. Should the mold start to spread to the other eggs would it then be time to consider removing the egg?

I would leave it like the others suggest but depending how stuck together they are in know some people use a piece of dental floss to kinda saw the eggs apart.

    Re: Eggs at 21 days

Checked them again today the mold has spread a little bit to one other egg. Dusted the bad egg and just the one affected for now with food powder. Will keep an eye on it but at least now I have supplies on hand to hopefully remedy any issues

Here's the eggs today with 21 days to go. All still have veins however three have weaker veins now. Anything I can do at this point? Or have the babies died and the eggs will begin to rot now?

I would say leave everything alone as much as possible unless someone else has a better suggestion. I don't know how much more can be done at this point. Fingers are crossed for you!
