Difference between F10SC and F10SCXD
I picked up a used v221 last weekend and it wasn't cleaned so I want to make sure it is good and clean before I bring it into my home and put it to use. What's the difference in this products? Should I use both or is one better to use then the other?

XD = eXtra Detergent. I just get the F10SC for disinfecting and clean using mild dish soap.
Since this is used and dirty, clean it outside and then spray it with 100% ammonia. Let it sit for a few hours, rinse very, very well, then use the F10SC as normal before bringing it into the house. Ammonia is the only disinfectant that kills crypto; F10, chlorine bleach, and chlorhexidine do not.

I have about 2 months before it will be in use and its being stored in shed outside until I clean it. I have to order a bunch of stuff from reptile basics so figure I should pick up some F10 as well.
Should I clean using dawn dish soap first and then 100% ammonia or ammonia first then dawn? Then my last step will be the F10SC? Since it is used and dirty should I do this complete process a few times before introducing a bp to it? Or just use Dawn and/or F10 again a few days before I get her?

ASAP I would do dish soap, rinse, allow to dry then ammonia, rinse, allow to dry.
Just before your BP starts to use it treat it with the F10.

Re: Difference between F10SC and F10SCXD
I use both products. I like them both and I've been meaning to post some information about them, because I couldn't find many reviews when I originally bought them about a year ago.
Both products are sold in concentrated form. I prepare spray bottles with 28oz of water mixed with 2mL of F10 concentrate. A small bottle of F10 lasts a long time. Make sure to get a small syringe to accurately measure the concentrate.
F10SC is a disinfectant. Think of it like Lysol, but safe for reptiles. You can spray it on any surface to kill bacteria. No rinsing required. Just let it air dry afterward. It has barely any odor. I use it for disinfecting clean surfaces that snakes have had contact with, like my weighing tub. Diluted F10 solution has also been used to treat RI, though I've personally never tried it for that purpose.
FC10SCXD is also a disinfectant, with cleaner (detergent) added. It bubbles slightly when sprayed and has a very light, clean odor that somewhat reminds me of Pinesol. It must be rinsed off with water. I use it for cleaning dirty tubs. I spray down the tubs, scrub the dirty spots with a brush, rinse, and dry.
If I had to choose between the two, I'd pick F10SCXD. I use it a lot more often.

Thank you. I may pick up both then. So the F10SC is more of a routine cleaning and F10SCXD is more for deep cleaning enclosures?

Re: Difference between F10SC and F10SCXD
Basically, I use SC to eliminate odors/germs on surfaces that appear clean, and XD on anything that is visibly dirty (feces/urates, rat blood, etc).

Is that the correct dilution? I've been using 1ml per 8oz of water, so 3ml for the 24oz spray bottle. I hope I did my math right! . . .
ETA: OK nevermind I found it. 1:500 for general disinfecting (2ml per liter), 1:250 for high-level disinfecting (4ml per liter, roughly 1 ml per 8oz for those of us who aren't good at metric, lol), 1:125 (8ml per liter) for super-duper disinfecting (parvo, etc.). So I must have decided on "high-level disinfecting" when I was figuring it out .

Re: Difference between F10SC and F10SCXD
Yeah, I use about the minimum amount of concentrate. I would mix up a stronger batch if I had a reason to. (Like cleaning QT tubs, or a tub housing a snake with health issues, etc.)

I just ordered both F10SC and F10SCXD from reptile basics and they state that F10SCXD can just be wiped off and no rinsing is required. Is this information incorrect?
