    Does this setup look ok?

It is a 50 gallon tank with a heating hood. The warm side is about 88 and the cool is around 78-80. Hes got a water dish big enough for him to fit in and plenty of hides on both sides of the tank. Hes about 9 months old and about 150 grams. I know its a large tank for his size but he is perfectly ok being handled and he eats like a monster every Wednesday. So i don't really see any issues with that large of a tank for his size. If you have any suggestions let me know.

Looks good. I can't see any hides on the left side but you said they're there. I believe you. I love the exo Terra tanks but be careful. The front doors don't always lock but seem like they do. If you peek at the mechanism, you'll see how it works. The locking part won't always catch the notch. I bought one of the 5 dollar combo locks to prevent this. Second. Mage sure the bedding is keeping the backdrop pressed against the glass. My little guy managed to get stuck behind it once.

Looks great to me--my only suggestion is if you have a UTH in addition to the light on the top, make sure you elevate the tank so your heat pad gets air circulation (and of course put a thermostat probe between the pad and the tank on the outside).
