Is my BP "stargazing"?

We just got her on Wednesday. She was hatched last November. Since we got her, I have noticed on three different occasions that she is sitting like she is in the photo (link) below. She was like that for at least 25 minutes the first time until I touched her and she moved away. She sits very still with her nose to the sky. Less of her neck is stretched out in the photos than it was the last two times I caught it. She is a pastel mojave pinstripe if that makes a difference. Should she go in for a vet visit? From the bit of google-ing I did, I'm concerned something is wrong.

Hmm I won't say that's normal, but as long as she's heathy and eating everything is going to be ok. Very beautiful setup btw

Thanks! All of our BP's and our BRB have decked out bioactive setups.

She refused food on friday, but she had only been here for a day and a half and her shipping was a big stressful (FedEx here sucks) so we figured that was why, going to try again in a couple days.

It was suggested that I flip her on her back and see if she could right herself and she seemed to do that okay. She is back to sitting like the photo again now though. I'm going to check for any signs of RI tomorrow morning.

Yeah, I was thinking that it does seem atypical for a ball python toremain in that particular position for 25 minutes. It's important to check for any other symptoms like noisy breathing, mucus or secretions from the nose and or mouth, mouth gaping or staying open. I would get back to the seller to gather any other info and to report it to him and see his recommendation. Hope it turns out to be nothing.
