    pro products rhp sizes?

I know I can call and they will tell me what I should get but this is something I'm not doing for about a month and want to know if they have a size that would comes close to what I need. . I may just end up getting another reptile basics one but idk yet. I'm looking for dimensions and watts of pro products rhp. There website doesn't even give you a hint and when searching on Google most everyone has the same one which is a little to big. If you have prices that would be a bonus also.

For Pro Products, you have to call Bob and give him the specs like ambient room temp, type of snake, cage dimensions, upstairs or downstairs, finished basement etc. He then can calculate the size needed based on that info. Its done so you get one that will get you the desires heat yet small enough to not take up 3/4 the cage. An example is for my ProLine cage, I ended up getting a PH3 which is their 65 watt one. Works fine. If I remember right, it was around $110. Its about 22x9x1 just looking at it in the cage. Either RBI or Pro Products will work. RBI uses an ABS case and wood screws to attach it and are cheaper. Pro Products use white aluminum housings and use bolt and nut which means you gotta drill holes in the cage to mount it. From what I gathered, it seems Pro Products are about $10-20 more expensive than RBI. Again, either will work. I'll probably do RBI ones in my AP cages so I can stack them easier since I wont have to try and mess with bolt heads on the top of the cage.

I personally liked the approach of pro products over RBI. Customer service was much better, faster and seemed to care about the individual situation, rather than pushing on you the same stuff everyone has.

In my previous post asking about if boaphile rhp were any good I explained I'm going to get a t8 with divider to put a leopard gecko in each side and cut a slot in divider to run an rhp through so I could heat each sides hot spot with 1 rhp. If your wondering why I'm using such a big cage for 2 Leo's read the boaphile thread. Anyways the max I would like for length is 18.5 inches and a width around 12 is fine since most are right around that, this will give me 2 hotspots of 9x12 since the divider is 1/2 inch. I would really like one that was 16.5x12 giving me 8x12 hotspot. RBI sells the 80w that's 22.5x12.5 but that would give me 2 hotspots of 11x12.5, that will be half the cage as a hot spot which I think is to much for a leo. Worse comes to worse I have to buy 2 9 1/4x12 1/8 rhp from RBI but I'm worried 28w won't be enough to keep my hotspot at 88. I'm sure it will but idk about it reaching to the cool side that much.

Boaphile had the perfect size rhp but I noticed when I looked at them again that they look really thick and I only have 12" of height so I can't really afford to lose much more.
