    Rescued y.b. breeding

Took this girl in several months back. She was about 900 grams and very long in comparison to weight. Well she has gained back around 500 grams since being here. She is locking with my fire spinner. This girl is so dark in person and i feel there is more to her genetics. such an awesome animal. Eats dead food without even constricting. Sorry for poor quality and thanks for looking.

Now to see if it's.too late in the season to get eggs. I figure if she is just now starting to grow follicles (none that I can feel) and she just had her first lock of the year, I should get eggs around December give or take a month. Right when everyone else is just starting breeding for the following season

Thanks. Does anyone have experience with starting the breeding season this late in the year.
