    Here's my 15th snake!!!

Now I know I'm addicted to this hobby LOLOL. This will be my 15 snake and my 7th ball python. My other snakes are king snakes and a huge Woma python. This beauty is a spider pied ball python, the 'white wedding' morph, all white with no other colors at all, first produced in 2013. I paid $1,250 for her, should get her in a week or two a few days after her third meal! I'm planning on breeding her with my male pied and perhaps the following year with my male coral glow het pied for some very interesting pied babies!

    Congrats on that beauty!
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Nice a white wedding don't see them a whole lot. Congrats she's nice. I had a bit of a laugh when thinking bout of all the people who probably thought its a super fire at first glance including myself. I was considering a spider pied male to try with my trick het pied girl but passed cause the one available at the time didn't have the helmet. That's just my preference though i'm not knocking the white wedding believe me.

Here's my breeding plans for her. If I cross her with my regular pied male I'll get 50% pied and 50% spider pied. It will be interesting to see if I get any or all white weddings or spieds with colored heads.

I'm also going to cross her with my coral glow male het for piebald. With that cross I'll get a one in eight chance of getting a coral glow pied. Those sell for about $3,500! Of course I won't get that until about three years down the road until this little girl is all grown up, the prices may drop a bit by then... I'll also produce a coral glow spider pied, not sure if I've ever seen one of those. In fact I may be the first person to ever produce a snake like that if someone doesn't beat me to it. And if it's all white or white with a colored head it may be difficult to tell the genetics until you prove him out. I'm thinking since the coral glow pied has a lot of color it may bring the color down onto the body if spider pied has a little coral glow in it, although starting with a white wedding may change things up a bit. I'll also get coral glow spiders, WOW what a neat snake! Looks like those are not a high end snake, selling for about $300, although the one's I produce will be het for pied so that will bring the price up a bit. I really like to look at possible results and what the snakes are selling for before I start a breeding project. I like a lot of variety in both color and price to sell to a wide variety of people and keep the hobby moving.
