I need a name for my new baby girl. She is a 3 month old normal, supposedly with possible hets for albino, candy, and pied. The hets don't matter much to me, since I have no plans to breed, but hey, I never really planned on owning a ball python, either. Lol

I was at Repticon, and I was browsing around at all the beautiful animals, and she caught my eye for some reason. I asked to hold her, and it was all over. I knew she should come home with me. I had been reading up on Ball Pythons lately, and I just loved the idea of a "lap snake," that would be fine just hanging out with me, and not moving much. We have 2 corn snakes, and I love them to death, but when we handle them, they are almost always really active, and constantly on the go. I thought it might be fun to have something different, and maybe even a little more challenging. I didn't plan to buy one at Repticon, but all that reading must have got to me, because I couldn't help myself.

According to the vendor, she has been handled regularly, and eats well. Since I bought her at Repticon, I got to hold her right away, and so did my sweet kiddos. She did the ball thing for a bit, hiding her face, but in the car on the way home, she got curious, and came out, and began climbing around on me. She seems to love my pink hair, and likes to climb up on my ponytail. She doesn't seem nearly as shy, or still, as I imagined. She's quite curious, and active. So far, she hasn't shown any signs of fear, or aggression, unless I'm missing them. At night, she likes to explore her enclosure, and seems to enjoy watching us, as much as we like watching her. She seems pretty chill, but also kind of brave, and fearless. I was thinking she needs a name that's find of fierce. My first thought was "Shiva," after the Hindu God of destuction. I know Shiva is a male God, but it still sounds like it could be feminine, and it does seem fierce.
Any thoughts or suggestions? Names are important to me, and I like meaningful, and unique names. I'm having trouble deciding, so if you have any ideas, throw them out there.
Thanks everyone! I look forward to hearing your ideas!
