Bad shed

My ball python just went through his first shed with me. It didn't seem to go well and he couldn't get much of so i decided to put him in a tub with warm water for an hour. I got all of it off except for head and a bit of neck area. What should i do? Try the warm water in a tub again? Im also wondering why it didn't go well for him, any tips to make sure it doesnt happen again?

Trying keeping your humidity a little higher while shed n that might jus do the trick for ya, I use a damp towel on top of my slide and it works just perfect

Alright ive put him in the tub 2 times already and he still has shed on his head and a bit of the neck area, what do i do?? I cant get it off, and i dont want to keep putting him in a moist tub because he could get a respiratory infection right?

The wrinkles look more like he's a little dehydrated. I don't see stuck shed in your photo. If there is some stuck shed somewhere (and it could be I'm just not seeing it) you can soak in the warm tub as long as 45 minutes-an hour, just make sure the water stays warm and that he has a place to rest his head if he gets tired. You don't need much water, he looks like a fairly small guy. I drop a washcloth or small towel in there with him so he has something to rub on.

How long should i keep doing this? Should i put a moist hide in there also?

Well being that I don't see actual stuck shed, I would say stop the soaks. Soaking a snake that doesn't need it is bad, as it strips the oils from their skin making their next shed spotty. I would just make sure it has plenty of fresh water and you're changing it regularly. If humidity in the tank is a problem some damp moss would definitely help.
