    larger male than females?

I have a bigger mocha guy that I'll be pairing later in the year. He's currently about 1750g. He's definitely a proven male. Are there any issues if the females he's paired with are smaller? The last 2 weeks he's flown half way out of the tub like a boa to eat and I figure at this rate he'll be pretty big in a few months.

No issue just like there is no issue with males much smaller than females.

The only thing regarding the size itself you want to make sure that the male is a lean 1750 grams not a fat 1750 grams, fat males are lazy when it comes to breeding and show little interest.

Oh yeah I've heard about them getting "lazy". He's definitely just longer and leaner than most males it seems. I'm not sure how old he is since the breeder I got him from said they got him as a proven breeder from someone else but ended up not having any projects to use him in. I'll get a picture later.
