    Another poop question

Okay so I have been trying to hold off on asking this one because I know it's not uncommon for a BP to not have a bowel movement.

We've had her for 1.5 months. She has passed urates on multiple occasions but has never actually pooped.

Now that I know much more I believe she was underweight when we got her. We upped her mouse size and she seems much fuller and healthier in general but still no poop. Is it possible she is using up the whole mouse to compensate for her being underweight?

Should I attempt to give her a warm water bath...I haven't given her any baths so far.

She'll drop a load when she is ready. Her G/I tract may have slowed down due to the previously light meals or this just may be normal.

No need to worry, it's coming.
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

I'm not vet, but I agree with what they have said. I had my BP about 2 months before she pooped... it was the same night as her shed... and yes... when they do it, you will know. You're neighbors might even know... LOL...

FWIW, mine then didn't poop again for about a month and a half until her next shed. Now that she's been on rats for a while, she has pooped a little more often.
