Okay, so here is whats going on in the Complete Constrictors (hehe) breeding world this year. So I should have 3 females ready to breed this year. They are all 2013 animals that have been pretty slow, but have started picking up steam and eating medium rats recently.

They are all about 1200+ grams at this point (genes of these 3 females are pastel, fire, lesser). I was originally intending to pair them all with my killerbee male, however, due to personal reservations about the spider gene, I decided to sell him, leaving my plans in somewhat of a lurch for this season. So now I find myself in need of a male for this year. I had a Coral Glow Enchi Fire male that was 1000+ grams lined up, but the seller inexplicably backed out and has avoided any contact since. I was planning on using him to my 3 girls this year, and a clown girl next year for some multi-gene clown hets.

Now, my dilemma is should I just wait this year out and throw my 2015 boys at them next year which would be (Pastel Clown X Lesser, GHI Mojave X Fire, GHI Mojave X Pastel), look for a breeder male for just this year, or buy a different 2015 and just wait it out? I did see this morning a coral glow enchi 50% het clown for 500, but I'm not a huge fan of 50% hets. I like my 100% chance of success...
