    Anyone use Vision cages?

Got a few questions for anyone who has experience with Vision cages, specifically models 400 and 600. How do you guys like them overall? What are the cons to them? I was trying to look at them and but I cant really see if they are flat enough on top to mount RHPs. How is the humidity retention with the huge screen vent in back? I was pretty much sold on picking up a couple AP T13s or possibly T10s but now i'm wondering about the Vision cages because they are a 1 piece unit that is cheaper and larger than Boaphiles. Anyways, for you guys who have had them, how did you like them.

    Cool

I have my King in a Vision 211. That's my only vision, so this is a sample size of 1.
It's... pretty good. I got it for a song on Craigslist, otherwise I probably wouldn't have ended up with it.
I run an UTH off a herpstat and that seems to work just fine. I think the cage is well made, and it's nice having a single piece, solid unit.
The negatives for my application are the heat loss, which is pretty bad, and the whole "we decide at the factory what roof configurations to offer and that's how it is". I get that they can't possibly cater to anyone's unique requirement, but it can be difficult to mount things like RHPs or lights if they don't fit one of the pre-determined molds.
That said- I don't have a "snake room" so my room temperatures fluctuate from around 60-75 seasonally. I had to add a 25W heat lamp and some insulation to bring up my ambient temps in the winter months. Not that big of a deal. If I had a controlled room with stable, warm temps, I would think Visions could be great. They look good, they're easy to clean/sterilize, and generally well-made units.

I had a 6 foot vision with my boa years ago, nice cage, but sagged like crazy. They are to expensive for them to sag that bad. Just my 2 cents.

Yeah that's what I've been hearing a lot. I decided not to chance it. I'm gonna go with 2 T10s for now and if my 2 girls outgrow them, then i'll just buy them 2 T25s which if they outgrow those, then i'm gonna go on the road and sell tickets to the worlds largest boas I'll give my 48x24x14 Pro-Line cage to my BP. That will be plenty for her.

yeah, AP is a good choice. I've got T3 stacked 6 high and T10 stacked 4 high with no sagging. got a couple to assemble and will soon have T10 stacked 6 high too, hoping for the same results.
