Help! My boa is breathing very heavily!

I've had my boa since she was a baby which is over a year now. She's always been a happy, healthy girl. Yesterday I fed her and it was the first time a lot of sphagnum got wrapped around her mouse. She swallowed what looked like a lot of sphagnum and since then she's been breathing very heavily. She was fed 36 hours ago and still breathing heavily. I think the sphagnum got wrapped around the mouse because her cage was so moist and maybe other times I fed her it was dryer. It was a small rat, it was the biggest one she's ever had, by by no means was it too big for her. She's been eating little rodents forever because I would never want her to eat something too big but she's getting to be a big girl now so that was the first time she ate bigger prey. But still smaller than her biggest point. I love my baby very much and I'm worried about her. Anyone have any suggestions? Greatly appreciated! And Bella will also appreciate the help!

When I say cage, of course I mean aquarium.

If you can, open your girl's mouth and look to see if there is any moss obstructing the airway. If so, remove with tweezers.

If not, some may have been inhaled. You may want to consider a visit to the Vet.
