    Pastel Onyx

I should not be allowed to walk into an expo with money. I picked her up though, I couldn't resist.

It's a good thing I just went out and bought a new DSLR camera just so I could continue to take pictures with my phone...

After she has some time to adjust and settle in I plan on taking better pictures. She is super calm and friendly which is the complete opposite of my Super Cin when I first got him.

Thank you! For some reason my phone makes everything a little more yellow than they actually are. I almost picked up a female clown while I was there too. I'll probably hate myself in the morning for walking away.

I even brought someone to stop me If I tried to spend too much. He failed me. Lol I had to make the adult decision to leave the clown behind.

If I understand correctly, morph names are at the mercy of the person who first produced it. A regular onyx is a black pastel and het red axanthic, which is a lot darker with a lot of pattern going on. The pastel lightens it up and alters the color quite a bit and reduces the pattern to almost nothing. Though she has quite a bit of patern on her tail. She looks more yellow in the pictures thanks to my phone.

Yeah, the struggle was real. He even offered me a great deal. I'm sure she was sold. Someday I definitely plan to bring one home. I love the clown pattern. Just not in the budget right now.
