I'll try to make this as short as possible.
I kept ball pythons since ever, but I decided to start breeding 6 years ago. I got my first morph, a pastel male. He was an import and had a nasty infection. Hopefully he made it through, leaving two big scars. The next year he produced three clutches, I hold back two pastel females. Last year I put a yb male with her and she produced a pastelyb insanly beautiful, and a normal with a singular belly. Every year that pastel male produced some of the offspring with extra orange or something different. So this year I decided to put him with his daughter to see if there was something going on. That pastelyb and odd normal made me wonder.
The pairing was Pastel x Pastel.
She laid 8 fertile eggs.
And here is my miracle. I literally almost cried when I cut the first egg and saw this...
And this in the second...
Pieds have always been my favorite morph. I looked at those other guys pictures showing their pieds and I was like...."wow....how beautiful!"
I made the cut late at night, and I couldnt sleep after. I still open the tub and dont really believe it.
