Yikes. That could have been serious. Glad she doesn't look injured.
Mine came tied inside of a new tube sock. Thought that was strange at the time, but at least there are no raw edges to unravel in a tube sock.

    She IS beautiful!

I was reluctant to put my new guy in his tank, knowing I wasn't supposed to bug him for a few days.
(Admittedly, one husbandry point not perfectly executed)

She looks pleased to be at home!

    Re: She is here

I'm happy to report that my new Baby Sunglow CA Boa had her first meal with me of course this is the first Boa I've fed and she went straight for the F/T hopper like a bolt of lightning, she dropped her hopper and When I went to get it back she hissed at me she has a big his for such a small Boa but it all worked out she sucked down her hoppers, and the rest of my crew ate their meal even my one Ball Python that's been on food strike for 2 months he did this last year around this time I don't mind a food strike as long as the start eating again in a reasonable length of time. My Red Blood Python would not eat his second rat pup My Matrix Borneo takes his eating serious........... Great night and fun visiting with all my Babies as each one eats.
